HOA Committees ~ Participation in our committees is essential to our community. Volunteers assistance is always needed and welcomed. If you are interested in joining a committee please contact the Board of Directors or the committee chair.

Neighborhood Watch ~ The St. Georges Estates Homeowner's Association (HOA) does not charter, endorse, or sanction an HOA sponsored Neighborhood Watch due to the liabilities involved.  If individual members of the HOA choose to establish some sort of Watch on their own, then there is no prohibition, but, St. Georges Estates HOA is not part of that effort and cannot endorse/sponsor/sanction it.

ACC Committee ~ The Architectural Control Committee is crucial to the upkeep of our community. The ACC is responsible to review applications for additions and/or changes to homeowner property, as well as note violations of the covenants and guidelines, to which we all agreed, that govern our subdivision.

Participation in our committees is essential to our community.  Volunteers assistance is always needed and welcomed.  Additional information about each of the committees needing members is located on the Board & Committee page.  If you would like to lend a hand in your community without the commitment of being on a committee, reach out to your Board of Directors; there is almost always some project that could use a hand.
2018 Board of Director Meetings 
Board of Director (BOD) meetings: All homeowners are welcome at the open session of our regularly scheduled BOD meetings, held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Porter library.  Our 2018 schedule: No meeting in January or February (due to library closed for holidays), March 19, April 16, May 21, June 18, July 16, August 20, September 17, October 15, November 19, and no meeting in December. All meetings start at 7 pm.
Annual homeowners' meeting is held on the 3rd Monday of October. The 2018 annual meeting will be on October 15 starting at 7 pm at the Porter library, we hope to see you there!  Notice of the annual meeting will be sent out in late September.  If we don't get 50% of homeowners to attend, the meeting will not occur...that equals 228 homes must be present or represented to have an annual meeting. 

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held at Porter Library located at 2001 Parkway Blvd, Stafford, VA  22556.
